We welcome dogs on our properties, but there is a limit of two, and each should weigh less than 50 pounds. No puppies. Please check with us regarding our pet policy.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within our properties, including cigarettes, marijuana, and hookahs. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
We offer a full refund up to 30 days before travel. If canceling within 30 days of travel, we will try to rebook the home and will refund the rebooked total.
Check-in time is after 5:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Late departures may incur a penalty unless approved in advance. Sometimes we accommodate early check in based on availability.
We do not host weddings or prom groups, but inquire about bachelor/bachelorette/birthday celebrations!
Yes, the minimum age to rent one of our properties is 25 years old.
While we do not have ramps, we are very wheelchair and elderly friendly. Each of our homes has 2-5 steps maximum to get inside, with majority of used spaces (Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Bedrooms and Bathrooms with walk in showers, access to patio) on the first floor.
Pool propane fuel heating costs are not included in the rental price. If you wish to heat the pool, please inquire with us for the associated costs.
Yes, government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
Yes, we provide bedding and hand/bath towels. Guests should bring pool towels. We have washers and dryers available for guest use if laundry is required.
The kitchen is stocked with normal kitchen supplies, ie: utensils, flatware, glasses, pots and pans, serving dishes, baking dishes and both drip and K-cup coffee makers. We also have blenders, toasters, food processors and hand mixers.
We ask guests to bring music inside after 8pm and keep voice volume moderate (no screaming) when outside, out of respect for our neighbors.
