Rafting on the Delaware River is perfect for beginners, families, and large groups. The Delaware River provides an expanse of crystal clear water and rapids all season long. Paddle along cliffs, beneath bridges and past spectacular rock formations as you take in the breathtaking panoramic views that can only be seen by boat! The occasional calm pools offer time for a picnic lunch along the way. All of our river trips are unguided, but you’ll be provided with all the tools to make your day on the river a success! Kittatinny also offers camping, cabins, kayaking, canoeing, tubing and ziplining.
Roadside Bistro – Takeout and Catering
Roadside Bistro is an unassuming food truck in Newfoundland, operated by a CIA (Culinary Institute of America) trained chef. Everything on the menu is delicious! This is our personal favorite place to eat, or pick up food for our guests. They also cater events and weddings.
